• Setting up email :
  This document outlines the process of setting up an email client to access your email on our servers. This document covers the configuration of Outlook Express, though we have experience of other mail packages including Kmail (Linux), Mozilla Mail (Linux and Windows) and Eudora (Windows). Please contact us should you require specific information with these packages.
• Spam and virus control :
  This is a guide to email "Spam" and virus control, some tips and tricks as well as ways that we help you to deal with the problems.
• Uploading your first web page :
  This page will take you through the process of uploading your first pages to your website using standard FTP uploads. Please note that while we are happy to provide Frontpage extensions to our customers, we have no experience of using Frontpage ourselves and are unable to offer support for this package.
